RE:Who's interested in us ASK ROGER ABOUT QUEBEC.... Merck bought out Sigma Aldrich within days of Theralase signining on wth Sigma. Coincidence? Probably, these deals take a long time to complete, but it sure was a shock when it happened.
Just something to think about....why did Sanofi quit producing BCG? Is there a production problem there that would also affect Merck? The way I understand it, BCG is a failed (not recommended by CDC) tuberculosis vaccine made from dead TB cells. The cells have to be cultured and killed somewhere, somehow. That stuff is very dangerous! The profit margin would have to be more than significant to warrant that kind of risk.

1. Merck.
Why? Sanofi is not producing BCG after Q4 2018 making Merck the 'sole producer'
Relation to TLT; They bought out Sigma which produces TLD-1433.
Quantum Entanglement factor : Very strong ****
2. Frost
Why? Leading and legendary investor in Biotechs and disruptive technologies. Has a pulse on a distribution and network for getting our drug out there.
Relation to TLT; Sits on the Chair of Ladenburg Thallman and was 4 million (half) of the first PP

3. JSS and Quebec's Government
Why? The Premier of Quebec is a neurosurgeon and big into biotechnologies.
Relation to TLT; Roger White has given a pr about the JSS relationship regarding Phase 1,2, etc trials. Quebec is one of two provinces that endorses the full adoption of PDT.. There are most likely some deep pockets in Quebec.

So Roger.. What's it' gonna be... we're worth 500m to 1b right now in Market cap... there's no justification for a small pp.. when there are incentive deals with a JV
Other Pharma drugs perform like garbage anyways.. and we have sent 3 home no problems.. from loss of organ or death essentially.
That's worth something.
Cheers all.
