Floatinkentucky, you seem confused about the closing of the shelf prospectus. What you fail to disclose is the information was posted on Sedar by the Ontario Securities Commission. Don't you feel if it was as positive as you imply that the company would have issued a PR to reach a wider general audience than Sedar?
Good luck to all. You need to have the question of how the company will pay for the phase 2 trial solved if you hope to have a different class of investor looking seriously at the stock. As long as there is the potential of a large PP some investors might consider it prudent to wait on the sidelines in the hope of getting a better entry price.
Be careful and don't listen to the rumors.
