RE:RE:RE:Did TLT screw shareholders AGAIN?
Menoalittle, my opinion, based on the P.P Jan 2019 and exercised warrants until April 12, the company should have enough money and time ( I estimate 6 months). Many P.P.'s will be required for phase 2. In the interim, I expect many medical conferences , slow applications with documents to proceed etc. To proceed with Phase 2 which will require money and time (est. 3 years) P.P.'s will be required. If big Pharma felt this was truly a winner, they would have invested in-directly already by now. -no need for a JV. Let the "phase 2" work its way thru by public funding. In the meantime, the company is setting up the required documents/notices for share expansions.
