Several years ago, when I worked in ConocoPhillips oilsand Surmount project, ConocoPhillips is doing JV with Total oil company, for curing cancers' project, Tlt shouldn't just all go itself, better leave some money on the table for big players like BMS, doing JV is a better way, no matter 5% or 10%, just negotiate with all of the pharmaceutical companies, to maximize the benefits for both sides, and help to cure this deadly disease.
