Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. Funds have reportedly been the only thing holding the share price back all this time. I would argue and say that this PP is already baked into the price and the reason for the SP being low is because people don't understand the technology or how the compounds works. There is an underlying feeling that the results are too good to be true,

I see excellent science that has fine tuned PDT therapy from all angles, improving the efficacy of the compounds, improving the quality. intensity and delivery of light to the bladder. Clinical trials have been run by researchers that were involved in the origional clinical trials with Photoferin.
Phase 2 will answer all questions once and for all.

I'm not sure if Macer is the right person to report back on the goings on at the AGM. You really need someone more objective and from his past posts he's clearly in love with the stock. Too bad Vester is not attending.

Here we go again with the " they just don't understand " line. Well, let me put it to Macer that maybe some investors don't fully understand every facet of the science but certainly big pharma doesn't suffer from that problem so where are the JV offers?
