I think the shameless brokers are trying to manipulate the share price down to negotiate with the prostitute management of Tlt for a great discount, if the tlt idiot management is smart, they should stop this round of Prostitute party right away, as the phase 2 has just started, they could get a far more better deal with more and more patients get treated....
If the PP final term still not settled, maybe still OK to get a better deal to set the price over 50 cents(or above) per unit for a small amount of PP around 7.5 million dollars to get the lowest dilution with the process of more and more phase 2 patients get treated....but guess the prostitute style management is so damn addicted to tough abuse without lubrication...if so desperately need this round of PP done in a rush, definitely can't get a good deal.... in fact I don't think the company really needs the money now, so hang on a little bit longer might be good choice of avoid being abused by the shameless brokers...
