cry: I think what you are missing is that the results along the way will dictate the success of the trial. It is naive to say we should close our eyes and wait until 2020, if PH2 shows the first 5-10 or 15 patients w CR after 90 days, that bodes well for the overall trial, giving confidence for more people to enroll and for doctors, iviestors and regulators to take notice. Yes, we will want to see 360 and 540 results, but the initial results will dictate how this trial goes long term. Imo G1
In my humble opinion the 3 month data will only reconfirm the phase 1 trial results. All of the patients in phase 1 were cancer free at 3 months. I honestly believe the 6 month data will be pivital. If everyone is cancer free at 6 months and also receives a second treatment I believe this will be predictive of the 12 months results. We may even appreciate some findings that can only be explained by the immune response effect.
Either way the 6 month data is key in my mind

All IMHO.....
Though a very small sample size was analyzed for Ph 1, we are batting a 1000% for non-UTUC patients who received the therapeutic dosing. Adding more positive 90 day data from Ph 2 will certainly boost my confidence even more in the efficacy of our treatment at the therapeutic dose. The 90 day data of "all" patients in Ph 1 simply tells me how effective our ACT is, even at sub-therapeutic doses. So, based on Ph 1 data at the therapeutic dose, I have little cause for concern there will be any significant drop in CR from 3 to 6 months. Having said that, if 6 month data impress, the likelihood of impressive data at 12 months will almost be guaranteed with the planned 2nd treatment, which we may discover down the road may not even be necessary...best of luck.
I too , like some posters , think the 6 months results are very important because of the repeat nature of this PH2 clinical trial . What will happen is some heavy speculation before the 6 month results IMO , so keeping this in mind the SP of TLT will go parabolic in the next few months .
