Well, the idiot management only fond of doing cheap dirty low PPs with shameless American agencies, they never think of giving JV a try... in fact, as I stated before, just show a true intention of doing JVs with top pharmaceutical companies all over the world by issuing a PR of JV partner , and the share price will surge up even without doing anything... and get enough fund to do all kinds of human trials all by ourselves without doing any JV. The idiot management just doesn't have this kind of smart strategy.
