To push it just a little further...if you double the dose of your weed killer and make sure every nook and cranny of your lawn has been treated there is less chance you will see weeds popping up after 2 weeks. An analogy if you will:
Take your lawn for example. If you spened the time to pluck every weed out of your lawn by hand (equivalent to doing a TURBT in your bladder), you then spead some contraband weed and feed. Three days later you will still have no weeds on your lawn but if you wait 2 weeks you may see the odd weed coming back.
The three month data will demonstrate that there is no cancer in pretty much every patient.
Wait for the 6 month, if there is no cancer then and the treatment is repeated we will be given a very strong signal that efficacy results are going rock at 360 days.
