Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Good points Steven,

This PDC and DFOC are brand spankin' new tech. Only 18 treated so far. The DFOC for this Ind is very complex. Rather steep learning curve. I hope the docs can perfect it. That is the risk here.

So there have been some good comments here, Hempdoc has added some colour to the bland set of numbers released yesterday and I think the next step is to hear that type of explanation from the company.

I think we went through this after P4 in Phase I and they adjusted nicely. I would be more concerned if everything went smoothly and the drug failed! We still had 3 CR's and possibly more to follow after further testing and not one patient received the proper doasage!

This is my first time invested in a stock like this but I can't believe this is uncommon. This is obviously not desirable but let's see first what they say and second how they adjust. For those that are fed up they will sell for others it's an opportunity.

Long here and like many longs this means 6 years and counting but in fact quite upbeat.

Way nearer the end than the beginning but with a market cap less than that for the rat results 4 years`ago.
