Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Hi Enrique....fortunately, our top competition that is either near or past the finish line (Keytruda, Astiladrin, Vicinium) have all demonstrated rather mediocre 1 yr CR results (all < 25%). Based on those %s, I'm very optimistic as well.

I'm also very optimistic about our NSCLC prospects, & not just as it relates to TLD-1433 activation by standard PDT. I think it was you who entertained the potential option of SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy). I would also be very interested in seeing the combined use of TLD-1433 & a low-dose form of SBRT as an activator. In this scenario, one can combine the geographic precision of SBRT with the cancer-specific precision of TLD-1433 with the goal of maximizing both safety & efficacy. I'd love to see this radioactive marriage happen in a trial sooner than later as NSCLC is still begging for a gold standard like so many other cancers. Good luck...

Yes that would be very interesting to see a combo of SBRT & TLD1433 .... now for something along those lines to happen wouldn't that be at least 5 years off. I do realize if both NMIBC & Roswell Park have better than competitors CR rates that would also trigger multiple collaborations with interested parties into a wide range of cancers but I am very interested in your thoughts if all this is possible or still a dream somewhere in the future .... thanks
