Agreed however London has completed 0 to date ( not sure why they are included ) perhaps distance under an hour commute away. I may be leaning on scooping what I can of these basement bargain shares. Phase 1 optimization resulted in patients 5 and 6 being cancer free 2 years later. As many have posted here covid delays just might have been a blessing for us. Fix the f__k up's and get ...more

London wasnt on the books very long before Covid hit. May see some action there soon.

So as far as 'Durable CR' it apears that they want 1 yr after the initial CR? or will we get 1 Yr % numbers and 450 day numbers? I still like their(our) chances, especially with Roswell Parks study also in the works. It looks like the re-start of the study 2 is sooner than we thought? So the additional time potentially here is balanced out. Still, we lost ~ 1 yr due to Covid 19.

I wouldn't say we lost a year. We lost 5 months...But because of that delay we learned about the under treatments. The delay was a blessing in disguise IMO. What if they had under treated more patients?... Only thing I'm worried about is having enough funds left in the bank to finish out this trial. Should have a better idea end of the year
Comment by Quattro74 on Aug 12, 2020 3:45pm
Yeah, I worry about funds too, maybe the AGM will gives us that data. Let's call it 8 months lost, when looking at how they're calculating durable CR. So notta whole year, ;-) I guess a bright side. Yes, very true that without the Covid delay they might of forged ahead with a flawed study, maybe a lucky break, indeed.

Good to see trial resume in Canada at least.  I hope we can treat another 12-16 patients by Nov-Dec and get 3 months data around March I guess.  Will take time but if they do it right we can get back on track. IMO. 4-6 patients at both London and Nova Scotia and 2 more at McGill and PMH each to get 12-16. When comparing with other competitors we need to look at 12 months CR. Still early ...more

Yep good total 90 day % numbers by next march, on say 20-25  total patients would do wonders for SP. Like you say expectations are very low now so anything above 60% is enough. IMO. :-)

Hi Enrique....fortunately, our top competition that is either near or past the finish line (Keytruda, Astiladrin, Vicinium) have all demonstrated rather mediocre 1 yr CR results (all < 25%).  Based on those %s, I'm very optimistic as well.   I'm also very optimistic about our NSCLC prospects, & not just as it relates to TLD-1433 activation by standard PDT.  I think ...more

Thank Hempdoc for your knowledge in medical science and you're also not bad in math.

I forwarded that SRBT recommendation to management 2 weeks ago. I hope they do something with it.

Hempy: You recently made a post about TLT creating generational wealth in the future. I would love to see that and bought into this company initially thinking they were on to something, but there are other treatments which are advancing and TLT has a hard time doing things in a timely manner. The results of the first 12 patients was a big disappointment, imo as if treated propertly, it could have ...more

Goldy... I am just as frustrated (if not more) re: what happened.  Firstly, we have a management team & BOD that lacks a single urologist, & Dr. Mandel MD/PHD appears to have a primary interest in photobiology & its application in dermatology/other disease.  It's always helpful to have "at least" one set of expert eyes seated at a decision-making level.   ...more

RPCCC data. They must have been working a while with the magic ooze by now. Question is how much longer they want to do their tests before committing to anything. Sigh, it is never easy...

Hempy: Appreciate the response... in regards to "what others think", I am not referring to the neighbor down the street, but I would think the buzz would get out from ppl at Roswell, UM, some of our scientist, etc. Even Dr. Kamat our PI seems to b excited about other treatments other than TLT. Just my view from the outside looking in... At some point, we need other shareholders other ...more
