Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

$.14 is the line in the sand. If anyone wants to add their position or create a new one, my opinion is now is the time. I talked with Amelia before she was let go and based on her replies and the present company position at that time in regards to trials I told her the Share price was going to drop to $.15. That was when the SP was around $.23. Now the share price has been lingering at this level for a while, TLT chart history shows very powerful runs to the upside and Therealase is due.
