RE:RE:RE:RE:Who would actually sell now???why is it that when anyone disagrees with the way the company has been managed is automatically a basher. and is subjected to name calling. Of course very few have a smooth line to success, and there will always be bumps in the road. It is just my opinion but as far as management is concerned there has been a little bit more than, 'just bumps in the road'. Go back and read over all of Rogers comments on Kerereports, there is enough in those discussions to make anyone pause. Remember the healing with laser light therapy, worldwide worth $billions, why our share would be in the multi millions, we'd be on Nasdaq by 2016. It was always someone else's fault, FDA, HC, etc. Amendments required for subnitted INDs and ITAs and so on, these other guys changing the rules.
I don't know why that first IR guy was let go the reasons may have been quite valid and he did screw up by mouthing off, probably felt his firing was unjustified, or perhaps he disagreed with the bosses 'over the top' predictions., we'll never know. Private Placements, that's a chapter in itself.
The OSC gave RW a slap on the wrist due to disclosures and revenue projections 2007/16 he also had to resign as CEO and not hold any pos'n as Dir. for 5yrs From watching RW speak on numerous videos he comes across as a pretty forceful character also his wife is CFO and
also on the board, now I'm sure that is perfectly legal but it does leave a little odour around the nostrils.
Suddenly a year or so later this little biotech which always needs a bit of extra cash has hired not one but two CEOs, one for each division, That didn't appear to work out very well.
Then again there are the compensation benefits for upper management, No problem there if the company was earning some free cash but having it predicated on some future earnings sorry that's just not on.
Think I'll go out and spend a $million on that lottery that I'm going to win next week. :-)
As just about all of us who have been here for a while say, "We're here for the science". I've probably missed a few of my pet peeves
