The extension of the warrants shows Mgt. hope and expectation of price movement to generate funds from warrants exercised at higher levels than the current price. But, the market is not cooperating so far. Too many shares still being dumped at these levels to sustain movement. Shocking so much selling at current price given the company has achieved some major milestones and 2021 should provide many more.
But, to raise any real $$ at current SP is going to be painful and further dilute all longs. A real equity partner may be needed now which could be dilution and loss of control. However, it might be best for the technology and science in the long run to get some larger institutional resources involved.
