One comment I will make regarding the above subject is that I see ads or "comments" from the authorities about 100 times a day saying "wear a mask, social distance, and get your vaccine".
Never do I see any of these saying "ensure you get your daily regimen of Vitamin D3 as recommended by your physician".

I know when I talk to friends or family I usually question whether they are regularly taking Vitamin D3 or not but that is just a personal opinion from what I have read about what can be effective.


Totally agree with you Pandora. I have been on a regimen of D3 for years and years, don't know if that's why at 85 I'm still going strong or perhaps it has something to do with my daily wine quota.
