Thank you! That explanation makes a lot of sense, especially when bio stocks are often dealing with information uncertainty. I can see when everyone is waiting for some news, a big ask like this would like someone knows something and is getting out. The fixed ask at 0.45 is the part that wouldn't fit with someone trying to exit asap. I could see how easy it would be do do this with penny stocks. I also have little faith that regulatory bodies would catch this kind of thing.
