Given the fact that the market was trading just under $ 0.29 on they both paid the warrant price of $0.30, Ofcourse there was no other way that they could have purchased a total of 750,000 shares in the open market, without pushing up the price...
It is certainly a planned and well thought out move and a show of confidence in the company and what is yet to come!
