Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. One interesting point to make about the AGM it's on a Tuesday where in 2019 it was on a Thursday so you only had one day of the market open to access everything before the weekend. This time you're going to have three days after the meeting to access everything ,this maybe because they want to have the extra days to have a good run up on the stock price 

Those that go to the meeting might meet Dr. Vera Madzarevic the latest superstar to be added to our superstar team. Unless there is an explosive news release before Tuesday nothing new can be discussed, this doesn't bar a very upbeat AGM as I'm sure both management & shareholders will be positively charged. Lots of good questions to asked.
