At one point in time, on its way to the next crucial milestone as it matures toward commercialization, a company doesn't just need money but rather money with connections that will open additional doors. We have many examples of that.
We need key people to prepare for the next launch, facilitate things, etc ...
And such type of accredited investors offer those types of connections. Not retail investors.
So whether it's Li Ka Shing/Frost type of deep pocket investors with connections, wealthy urologists of US private urology clinics that are already on the list of our clinical study sites, etc ..., TLT is probably priorizing investors that can bring it to the next step, so we can all benefit. Not just retail investor that only have money but no connexion.
Time is now to connect to expertise, contacts.
