RE:RE:Manipulation

RE:RE:ManipulationFortunately, small numbers hasn't kept 60 Minutes from devoting 2 segments to a cancer story... I'm expecting TLT to get a segment from them sometime soon.  Why not?? :-)

Infinity ... Quite simplistic your post.

It's not about pumping.  It's about educating some unsecured or misinformed investors that have inadequate expectations. We had a bozo libertarian called Bungee that thought we should be worth 2$ Un 2014 when in fact, we didn't even had a drug manufacturer!  His valuation was based on nothing as this is not how the medical industry works.

Sad to say, but in our case, the only thing that matters is when we'll cross the finish line.  Theralase, just like other disruptive technologies and trailblazers, usually have more energy to invest in order to convince key decision makers.  They have the burden of the doubt.   Why do you think Prof. McFarland keeps touring conferences all around the word about her 2010 molecule?  Why do you think the oncology industry still lives with the failure of the 1993 Photofrin?  Why, when you read any paper on PDT/PDC, they always begin by exposing why it has not become mainstream despite looking so promising?  Without clear clinical data, that only remains theoretical.  Combined together (theory + clinical data), that gradually becomes an eye-opener.

Apart from our first 12 patients, we only have clear data on 15 patients (13+2).  Quite far from the usual sample of thousands of patients usually enrolled in a Ph. 3 for example.  Hard to have statistically significant data with only 15 patients with any other type of technologies.

Go tell your doctor about our 1-2 treatments technology that could save a bladder and he'll probably won't believe it and probably won't take you seriously either if , on top of that, you tell him that our sample is only 15 patients!  He'll tell you to come see him again in 5 years.

So would you write a 5B$ check just on emotion or would you want to see a bit more data before that?  Or would you rather wait that the FDA commits itself with a Breakthrough designation, so you at least something to back your risk taking.

A LEED certified building has far more value after having been delivered this designation than before.  Because it's a certification.  Same for our industry.  Nothing just related to TLT's situation.
