Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

That's what it seems like. They are waiting for 1 or 2 to reach the 450 day mark? I think someone guessed a little while back it should around the first or second week of Dec and they will collect all the pertinent data and formally apply for BTD. Then the FDA has up to 60 days to respond? Roger's due back in Feb?

The timing sounds about right.
