RE:RE:RE:RE:About the addition of up to 9 CSS ...Hi CancerSlayer - Thanks for that. It's a new area for me. I'm not sure if this ROS resistance applies to pdt or not because of the violence of the reaction when the PS is exposed to light and the immediacy of damage to surrounding tissue.

"PDT uses a PS molecule as a prodrug that under light irradiation generates an intense blast of reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as superoxides (O2−), hydroxyl radicals (HO−), and/or singlet oxygen 1O2, which eventually cause cytotoxic damage to biomolecules adjacent to the PS."
