RE:RE:RE:RE:Has FDA moved the goalposts?I'm not into conspiracy theories, the FDA grants approvals every day. Like all large organizations, government or otherwise, there is always a financial incentive to act in a certain way. However I think you have to have a persecution complex to think that TLT will be singled out as a company that the FDA has to 'stop' from succeeding.
Remember, they are not ending the gravy train by preventing cancer from ever occurring again, they are just trying to provide a better treatment that will save bladders and lives. So if the main theory to burying TLT and their ACT is financial I don't think anything would change except people having a better option.
I think the reason the stock has been held down is accumulation yes but also for any financings. Financing at a higher price is good for the company but it's those who provide the money who call the shots. Is the latest move because another PP is coming? I don't know but they are keeping them as small as possible which means we are close and we know that from the data anyway.
Remember when we thought trademarking their drug as Ruvidar was considered positive? Things happen behind the scenes so until I see otherwise I will believe no news is good news.
