Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

It is obvious (read the last paragraph of the new release) that FDA asked for these changes after the pre BTD discussion. They do not ask for data beyond 450 days for BTD, but they do want all lab results confirmed by a central lab. These are very likely FDA required changes. We just had to get Health Canada to go along. There will be a delay. That's life for a Canadian biotech dealing with FDA. .
