RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Theralase(R) Announces Brokered LIFE Financing

RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Theralase(R) Announces Brokered LIFE FinancingWith private placements resale restrictions were that they could not be sold for 4 months and 1 day. Would that be the case here?

I'm disappointed that they went this route. The weak private placement success confirmed that not enough people know about TLT. And RDW somehow could not or would not reach out to other sources of funding. That part alone is so frustrating as the data is strong enough but you would have to give up control of something and that seems to be something he will not do.

So, playing this forward.
1. Tomorrow, anyone who may have the chance to buy with RC should/will sell shares to have cash to buy the 0.22 +0.28 warrant combo. That will drive the price down to 0.22 minimum and then some idiots will sell more and drive it down a bit lower. Anyone here with some cash should park some nice bids at 0.18. IMO
2. The price will stay at around 0.2 with low volume UNTIL they announce the closing of the the offering. Yay. Now TLT has cash again.
3. IF there is a lockout period on the new shares then none of the 0.22 shares will be dumped for 4 months (which I think is the standard).
4. So, in the 4 month window, I'm guessing that RDW is hoping on BTD and good news such that the 0.22 buyers will be less inclined to dump shares, but rather become slightly longer holders based on decideding that TLT is worth holding. If the shares spike in the 4m window, then maybe some will be happy to hold a bit more.
5. If the 0.28 price is reached, then that brings in another round of cash from the warrants, but dilution as well.

Does that sound right? Anyone have any other guesses?

Part 2

What they can do with the cash
- the single most important thing is to get more centres to recruit patients. You can buy more centres. People don't realize but you can hire people to do this in the states.
- they can hire a company to do some of the science for the GBM so it is done faster than lonely Dr. Mandel can do on his own. (respect to Dr. Mandel but only one man(.

IMO
