I imagine this is the last cash raise they'll need. I still think they have a jv interested, probably for GBM, and it should fund them in all of their efforts to a few years. Should get the 50cent January warrants to come in, and eventually the Aug warrants. Along with jv front cash that is another $20Mil C. They'll be fine to either do a jv on nmibc or have a strong buyout negotiation

Yep at 0.22 cents that is a straight 15% haircut.  Add in the panicky people selling tomorrow at open, easily a 20%+ haricut in share price tomorrow before the markets even open.  The point of this dilution is not to to get filled but to sell as much as you can to the public, which RC will be doing.  I wouldn't be suprised to see the promoters ramp up their promo campaign this

With private placements resale restrictions were that they could not be sold for 4 months and 1 day. Would that be the case here? I'm disappointed that they went this route. The weak private placement success confirmed that not enough people know about TLT. And RDW somehow could not or would not reach out to other sources of funding. Well the size of the offering certainly suggests they have zero to limited visibility on any near term licensing/partnership cash-infusion deals. Based on the news flow, they're been pursuing partners for 4 - 5 months and will likely require a minimum of 9 - 12 months of negotiations to ink something as a best case scenario. I highly doubt there ever was anything, JV, partnership, takeover, etc.  Management was looking for it.  But it was the promoters and pumptards here that really blew it out of proportion.  It really is not rocket science.  The last few PP's were never filled, no one wants to plunk anymore money after 20 years, management had to use their own money to fill the last PP.

The opposite can happen. The only thing holding this back was lack of funds.  Now that they will be ok for about 10-16 months depending on amount raised, SP should not be pulled down. IMHO

If it is supposed to close that fast, they must have a buyer lined up already? If filled, the money woes are gone, no problem for a long while. That is good! The string of news releases did not get any moving value upwards, but perhaps the influx of money will. We all knew a raise was coming. Getting the GBM going would be sweet. Maybe more news worthy items are coming in the not so distant future
