I'd settle for a fair bet less than $6/share (probably even half that if it's sooner rather than later) IF it's a MRK stock trade (an dnot a cash buyout.)
 

Who has Merck stepped up to the plate for recently? Anyone?
Their stock is trading well enough maybe they ought to use a little of it for an acquisition...
(One billion worth of MRK stock would add less than 1% to their total outstanding shares!)
