ENERGY2021 also known as RichieRich123 and numerous other names appears to have bought over 700,000 shares of PPE.H between .005 and .03 cents. The last news release was in 2011 .  ENERGY2021 just spammed multiple boards with his statement that shares will go to and beyond 10 cents in a company that is virtually dead with probable desire of selling to " victims " as he throws more ...more
