Roger's Company

An interesting thought and I couldn't agree more. How long is Roger's progbation or ex-communication however you wish to phrase it? No doubt though that this is Roger's company....

The OSC agreement seems to indicate 5 years, from Feb 2018, before Roger could take on a position as a Director again. That puts it at Feb 2023. Not too far off.

There are mixed feelings about Roger's punishment. Some thought it was fully deserved, others thought that the OSC was just a bit too brutal. Considering some of the shenanigans that occurs on the TSXV, which I feel has been created by OSC.s removal of the uptick rule.
