Roger just recently used his own money to exercise warrants at 0.3 when market was just below 0.3. Probably because he wanted 750,000 extra shares but could not buy that many without driving price up above 0.3 anyways.

Dawg, My guess as to why Roger would be willing to pay above market price, is that those warrants were included in a purchase a couple years ago and consequently are not now restricted by current "material information" restrictions.

Thats exactly my thought or he would have bought open market but couldnt, hes looking for huge payday after all these years and he will get it sonn,8 million shares times $12 to 15 is a lot of money

word is getting out on TLT, look at the volume today, investors are worried now they aint going to get cheap shares, which i believe is what we have now for this monster technology

Dont laugh, we should be over a dollar now if it wasnt for all those funny trades, that mess it up. but that will end soon, We have a cancer cure at a high rate that is safe,effective and very few noninvasive treatments, when big pharma gets a hold of this we go way above $2

Dog, I also wonder how many other of those May warrants got exercised, the ones held by other non TLT folk. Maybe some of the prior selloff was done by outsiders to free up money to exercise those warrants. We might be able to tell by the next qtrly. I don't think any of that activity would have been prior to last weeks.
