When to Sell

Perhaps it is a sensitive subject however, curious to see what others think. As I study the charts of other past hopefuls like sesen and Ibrx, there came a point in time when if you sold you made loads of money or held waiting for a higher price and eventually lost. I know it is an obvious phenomenon to buy low and sell high but there must be an art to it. Do most of you believe we will get to $10.00? I see where others might be happy with $5.00 and yet others think $50.00 and beyond is the number. What does your gut tell you the Theralase price per share will rise to? I will start by saying I believe somewhere between $15 & $ 20 based on all I've read and the rationale you all have provided. We all are wondering the same thing. I am simply asking for fun and curiosity what you folks think we'll get to. I probably do not have the nerve for waiting for much of anything beyond $12.00 as a threshold because of my age and goals for the remainder of this precious life. I can live with losing out on upside profit however, I can not live with a rise and steep drop which might never return upwards.

At the current price, it's far less important to discuss when to sell, now the most important thing is to check out some opportunity like when Blowjobjoe's bosses want to punish insider buying by pushing down 4 cents or even 8 cents, and to scare the long shareholders, dare to put more more money to scoop more cheapies when Blowjobjoe's bosses offer such opportunities.

I do buy the dips and it may be far less important but that goes without saying. It was just a couple of questions and that's all. No harm in asking for those who wish to opine.

The Thing is CHF, IF TLT gets a JV deal this will become a longer term play since the need for funds on TLTs part will go away, yet the timeline for making a fotune goes way beyone ext cpl of years. The upside is larger tho... Buy on the dips and hold... IF TLT gets bought out then that buyout price will linger out there for a while and either get a counter bid or we all get cashed out(or stock ...more

Camp, when to sell is a really tough call with all the possible future scenarios of this company. No one has a crystal ball but you won't go broke taking a profit. Yes pretty obvious answer but true. Everyone has their own risk tolerance. You have to do what's best for you and what your comfortable with. Many examples of jv deals and buyouts of other companies in this space have been ...more

I look at it from a risk/reward perspective.  Imo, an FDA approval for the current indication would be the final step in the validation of this science (the successful transition from bench to bedside).  This achievement would essentially remove all risk for me, & moving forward it would be all about degree of reward.  A pure cash deal would give closure to some, but ...more
