Theralase Technologies Inc. > 60% of the road = 270-days
View:
Post by ScienceFirst on Jul 12, 2022 1:15pm

60% of the road = 270-days

270-day data is 60% of 450-day data.

August 31, we will have 270-day data on 11 more patients.  That will make our durable target statistically more and more significant.

Comment by fredgoodwinson on Jul 12, 2022 1:33pm
Yes agree August 31st - the 50 day-away dateline mentioned in my last post when the evidence should at last leave little room for doubt.

Comment by Camphikefish on Jul 12, 2022 2:16pm
Looks like we need to come in at 25-30 % at a minimum with our 12 month CR data. Thoughts on our chances/probability?

I believe since NMIBC, via instilations, is so in-exact. We might be doing pretty well with %s in the 40s or 50s. Maybe we get as high as the 60s after AA and the much higher numbers of patients. Solid tumor indications is I think where TLT could see very high percentages.  Of course the best thing about TLTs ACT is how safe and repeatable it is. Turning NRs to PRs to CRs. You guys with spreadsheets. How many patients have reported 270 and 360 days by now? And, if possible, are you able to tell how many of these have had the optmized treatment? If I am not mistaken there should be a bunch of optimized people in the next update at these points, whenever it comes. It could hopefully change the CR quite a bit.

Although I agree that this MoD is exciting, would work better/easier than shots, etc. I think TLT is already solidly on the AvantGarde track with their PDT cancer ACT. I say let them go the more traditional route with this, work with Canada Govt. Then down the line maybe explore this as a MoD for Viraii and Bacterium and certain cancer indications.

I don't see an early JV or buyout happening if TLT is at all interested in maximizing value for themselves or their shareholders.  There's just so much additional potential/value post NMIBC approval.  Considering we can get to ~$1 US post approval (? on this exchange), it would be a low-risk play imo to dilute by ~15% in order to build cash/R&D/commercial reserves & ...more
