Is there any more room for waiting?

Many of us have been riding this for quite a while. It seems to me that there is no more room for waiting, delays, non-event news, unexciting milestones that were suposed to be exciting, etc. By December/January, we should know where we stand, RIGHT?  NO MORE WAITING, RIGHT?, THIS IS IT, RIGHT?

I'm fine with winning and losing, but prefer winning. It's the nature of the game, but a RESOLUTION is what appears before us now, or is there yet another way that we end up waiting six more months for some key but obscure - thing? 

Yes, there are no sure things, but data is data and we're supposed to get DATA that the FDA can act on or a big fat JV partner or SOMETHING.

Sure thing is that we are soon about to apply for Breakthrough designation, as patient #25 will have reached its 450-days milestone. For the submission of the Breakthrough designation application to the FDA, TLT has to have received ALL pertaining data from that latest patient (exams, proofs, all signed by the urologists).  We can presume that we have all these data o hands for 22-23

For people who are counting the days until the 25 patient 450 day submission to the FDA (such as myself) patient 25 should reach 450 days sometime between Thursday, November 24, 2022 and Saturday, Dec. 24 2022 and the FDA submission should occur soon after. Patient 24 should reach 450 days before November 23, 2022, so hopefully in December Theralase will only have to add the 450 day data for

Thanks, Egonacht, So there's a 'should' and a 'hopefully' in there just regarding the data collection and timing. Also some some potential arm twisting of urologists to forward the data.

You're being overly generous Eoganacht but very safe on your assumption. At this point of time I'm very pleased with data so far and feel comfortable knowing 270, 360 & 450 CR + PR will be low to mid 70's. Bottle of Champagne is gone, gotta get myself a couple more bottles.
