PP question

My father in law has followed along with TLT out of mild interest. Not invested yet. Recently mentioned that he might buy in for some shares. I told him that there was a PP that might still have shares available. I know nothing about how PP work? Anyone here involved in the most recent PP? Can you DM me so I can ask more about how it works. I don't want to steer a family member into somethin that I don't understand as well. I know I should email the company but he would prefer to hear more without a sales pitch. This assumes that shares are still there for the taking. Who knows?

You just need one million in liquid assets. Thats why the rich get richer. The pp is a terrific deal...for those that qualify. Hopefully one day TLT will help all us poor TLT shareholders to qualify as accredited investors. GLTA.
