Stock Options
I'm sure that if in 5 years the price is below $.25, they'll just extend it another 5 years. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. If they had set the options at $.70 my faith in this management team might have been restored.

They're options to buy at 0.25, so they are not shares and they vest over 3 years, so cannot all be excercised into shares all at once, but over 3 years

It's pretty sad when management and insiders have to financially fund their own company. Lots of posters here but not enough with the financial resources to really power this company forward quickly. GLTA.

Insiders are being rewarded, I get it, that they can exercise the options over a three year period. WHY NOT at $ 0.50 or $1.00 if the management is so confident. Why now, why not after the BTD is granted or even perhaps the AA

Infinity ... "Why now, why not after the BTD is granted or even perhaps the AA?" Simply because, all thing's being equal, they couldn't have them @0.25$ (current trading price) after Breakthrough or Accelerated Approval. So the time is now. ;-)

Probably for the same reason you will not sell me your shares for a dime. Nobody is going to overpay or receive less in compensation than what the market deems FMV at the time of the transaction.

I agree w infinity. Management should be paid on performance, bot gifted options at the lows. Where is the incentive to drive the share price higher when they know each year they are allowed to gift themselves 10% of the float? But, this is TLT

These options, once exercised, will add to the total float. Only 8Mil, Not so bad for Share Holders.
