I would be surprised if it opens at $0.35, at the very least someone will jump in at the last second and top that bid but there could be multiple people who top each other and it opens almost where it closed. There are some playing games but it seems like there are more who look at this as the last chance to get it this cheap.

I wonder if RBC put in a market order by mistake? Maybe they didn't really want to sell at all because now RBC is the one buying at $0.385. If so it serves them right for playing their games.

Within any broker, can't tell which of their accounts and account holders, or there house account are buying or selling. Other than general volume and direction trends by a broker, tough to go beyond that.

That is true obviously but in a previous life I handled trading errors, at RBC coincidentally, and it just has that look - buying back some right away so it doen't get away from you and then watching it to try and get the rest on the bid side. It doesn't matter anyway, it's just games but I don't want any 'long' getting spooked when they see these sell orders and then panic
