So somebody wants to get but not so badly that they actually sell. The just park a sell order which creates multiweek ceiling on the price.

Feels to me like the only explanation is someone expecting a 0.25 PP and happy to sell around 0.25 to use the funds to buy one share and one warrant.

As I've mentioned before, the only reason were stuck like this is management has had no ability to arrange money from other sources. Such as licensing deals or partnerships of any kind. SESN BIO got 1.5million upfront cash in easy money from Turkey just for the rights to sell their unproven drug in Turkey at some future date. Say what you will about SESN but their managment found money better than TLT. Maybe TLT should find out who was the Business Development lead for SESN back in the day and hire them to do that job.

I am quite convinced there is one seller that is unloading a large position in TLT for whatever reason be it estate sale, ill health or margin call, etc.  They would have been better off contacting TLT management to inquire about TLT helping to arrange one or more large crosses.  GLTA.
