This is surprisingly revealing to Theralase's plan in my opinion only to not only go into commercialization in Canada & US but internationally i.e. Europe perhaps Asia and other countries where Theralase has patents filed. It appears TLT might be looking for more than one partner to enter commercialization which makes perfect sense as no one single company will be able to use leverage
