Miniature PP
IMO, this very small PP will only last them 4 months or so which is very bullish as it indicates they expect something to happen soon. I believe this new member of the BOD is very strategic, because current management doesn't have much expience in the Pharma deal marking area. She has been involved in several Pharma deals, so she knows her way around this scene.

With the good news coming out all those 35 cent warrents will be cashing in. Theralase is heading to Commercialization of Bladder Cancer Cure. Just my opinion and thoughts of where we are. CDC has asked for more patients and I am sure they will able to prove our product beats anything on the market now.

Correct. Those .35 warrants will be way in the money before they are set to expire in August 2024. Excellent buy at this price. but not to expect this price to last long.

Don't forget that there is also just over 4 million warrants at .50 for Oct 3/23 . Roger has close to a million of these . They have already been extended twice , so can't be again. Don't think he will want to lose those . But is there enough positive developments to get stock well over .50 by then ? Will also bring company about 2 million bucks . Will be interesting to see

Good point fe. Maybe those warrants could even be re-priced to help bring in the $$$. Dropping them to 35 cents could still bring in almost 1.5 M (more than the recent financing). I guess it all depends on a few things

....warrants re-priced? Huh? I'd be surprised if theyre allowed to do that patience69

It is something that legally can be done with the exchange"s permission. The beauty of that is no further dilution. It would not add to the fully diluted share count. Better for the company than another raise that dilutes

Of course if the warrant is in the money there would be no reason to lower the strike price.
