Bridging the Gap...
It seems that over 90% of this pp is just two Theralase insiders putting up $1,110,000 of their own money in order to keep the company going until we get the joint venture agreement. If nothing else, these insiders are exhibiting a great deal of confidence in an imminent jv and in the company's bright future in general.

I think the 1,110,000 is the number of shares they subscribed to, not the dollar amount.

If that's right it would be $277,500 which would be 23% of the pp

2 groups at 80,000 shares = 160,000 x25 cents =$90,000 plus insiders $1,100,000 = $1,2000,000

You're right CAinPlap it's 1,110,000 shares not dollars.

It would be interesting to know if the 19 private investors participating in this most recent pp also participated in the last financing. Is TLT being kept afloat by a small, loyal group including Roger and Kristina?

Participation of insiders cannot be seen negatively considering what they know. At least, they put their money where their mouth is. So that's securing for us and it sends another positive signal. Market conditions for financing are not obvious. Once we get FDA Breakthrough designation, future pps will attract newer investors.

If insider selling is almost always considered a major negative then the opposite must be true of continued buying. Also they are keeping dilution to a minimum and preserving their 'control' position. It's all good.

Agreed, asked some questions about financings, small pps and warrants at AGM. I was left with impression that indeed a group of shareholders and insiders who participate do form a like minded "group" of individuals so that cheap multiple, non friendly offers could be blocked.

Viking; this is the first I am hearing of you being present at the AGM. Can you share any more information. I would be curious if any mention made of how many patients would be needed for AA application? Other info?

If you have read Jaro77 review notes of the AGM meeting, they are very good and covered key areas. Don't have anything to add.
