That have been around for numerous years ! What does the recent stream of NR's and then the finacing boom soon afterremind you of ? I know we need the funds but my stomach turned when I read this news more specificaly the price. I was thinking and dreaming of doing the twist or the waltz with a new partner and an sp moving up finally. I just hope my wife does not look at the sp anytime soon.

My hunch is that RC offered RDW bad terms and he had no choice. The terms were likely at a certain percent below market price on a certain day. The stream of NR's were to get it high enough so that the the offering might be 0.25 rather than 0.22. I think RDW is on personal terms with all the people that bought his private placements at 0.25 in the past year and they are all feeling let down

SP won't be pretty in the near term  All gets forgiven when BTD happens and the new JV partner shows up. TLT needs a bit more negotiation juice. IMO. A looming AA from the FDA should get them the JV deal they want.

Rumpy, if BTD was in the near future, would it make sense to do a big raise at .22? I would have prefer the smaller PP's to get us to a point where we could raise at a higher share price. This move is similar when they announce the raise and the price was .60, investors sold to buy into the offering and get both a share and warrant. FGP, this raise today wasn't a surprise. RW mentioned  $5Mil raise several months ago in that one interview. So here it is. I guess they need the funds NOW as supposed to Dec. The FDA is on the 60 day clock. I assume they just got the final pre-BTD in the last cvouplof weeks. They could get approval to submit BTD today. For example... That is my math. :-)

Rumpy, actually, roger was trying to raise 5m when he could only come up with $460,000. We need to stop "assuming", guessing and imo for each post as the reality is, they have talk about the iminent btd application for a year. now then rolled back to pre-btd. Even if your right and they submit BTD today, why raise 5M at 22c and then 5M warrants at 28c. I year ago ppl said we were bashers

Well, since that didn't happen then we knew this was coming, in some form. This raise gives them negotiating 'juice' and time for more juice. Things should go well once BTD happens. It makes no $$ sense for a pharma partner to wait for them to get AA.

Anyone who thinks this raise was unexpected,  weren't paying attention to the last 2 pathetic raises. Why are we paying Kristina again? Shouldn't it be the responsibility of the CFO to raise funds? Yup me too ! I finally got my girlfriend to buy a bunch the end of July, as the chart was looking very strong, and so was the news. So was the pump of SF. She has been asking me why the SP has constantly gone down since her investment, which was far below my initial investment over 10 years ago.
