No funding from Canadaian Goverment ! No Grants no research funds nothing at all ! No funding from Cancer Canada whom claims to be looking for a cancer cure and better results from treatments ( BS IMHO ). Perhaps this may explain why TLT has been black listed , we are holding out for higher prices for our Ruvidar and follow up Drugs. Perhaps doing a deal with Gov will tie our future prices lower than what we could get elsewhere. I mean with the recent news release Health Canada can approve study change ( added tratments at docs discresion ) Why not simply approve the drug for use now. Why must we wait for FDA.?

Over 80% of new medicines submitted to the first agency in each year between 2006 and 2014 were, on average, also submitted to Health Canada, but the percentage decreased to 44% for medicines submitted to the first agency in 2020. Similar trends occurred in oncology therapies and orphan status medicines. Canada’s federal government continues with its intention to regulate reduced medicine prices. Adding any tougher price regulations to barriers that must already be overcome to bring medicines to Canadians will further delay or deny patient access. Canada’s policy towards new medicines needs to change from obsessive cost-containment to reviving biopharmaceutical research and manufacturing and ensuring patient access.

Oden, the incompetent Libs led by JT continue to put the environment as top priority for Canadians. Why? Because it is still the top priority in Quebec, JT's final area of support in Canada, where the Libs continue to pour funds to attract EV battery manufacturers to that province. All other provinces consider affordability as the current top issue/priority. How do we expect any govt support
