I'm just curious. How does it work for Research Capital? Can I call them up and ask to buy in or do you have to sign up with them for full investment services. I don't have any cash at moment but I'm curious who can join in on this sweet deal?

Part of the reason I'm curious is to understand all this dumb selling at 0.2. Are these people who are selling at 0.2 to then take the money and go to RC? Or is it an exclusive club related to RC. If you can't join in the offering then it seems dumb to sell for 0.2. Other than loss of confidence in the company....which is quite possible. But strategic selling at 0.2?

Anyone can buy into this financing because its not restricted to accredited investors. If you get in contact with Rodger or Kristina they may be able to hook you up on their Presidents list so the company can save the 7% commision to RC.  Its a no brainer for those selling at .20cents to buy into the financing at .22 with a tradable warrant that will likely be trading at .10 cents considering

  DJD, you don't have to have an account with them, your wire/funds will go to them, then shares will b issued by the transfer agent and u can deposit into ur account or have it done electronically

makes me wish I had the cash. That explains why the zealous selling because anyone who can get 0.2-0.22 for their current shares can turnaround and call RC.

New cash in is even better than selling shares, because it's very likely to go back quickly to at least .25 which gives you a quick 10% on your investment plus a free 5 year warrant likely trading near .10 which is 40 to 50% more on your investment and it's all tradable the day after the financing closes. If your not buying into this financing I'm not aware of any reason why not! no

I believe it said they would make best efforts to list them. Look at the end of the disclosure

Existing tradeable warrants are listed as V.TLT.W Not sure what the standard is for a new set -- maybe V.TLT.W.A or some such thing,.just to differentiate between old and new.

Djd,share plus a warrant that won't expire for several years. So makes more sense to put money into financing. Same reason the priced crashed last time.

How it works is longtime shareholders get worked over, BTW I expect 3-4 more raises
