I never thought that this is how the year would turn out... I was so excited and looking forward to the results and BTD etc.
Instead, this is what we get. More broken promises, more missed deadlines, and they end things off with this disaster of a financing! I am so frustrated and angry, at this point I am starting to doubt if the stock price would increase at all even if we were indeed awarded BTD by some miracle.
Throughout the year, we had NR after NR showing excellent results, and yet the SP decreased. The core of the problem with this company is the management team, and I am doubtful that they will fix themselves.
I really hope that they at least submit the pre-BTD (NOT EVEN THE BTD LIKE THEY PROMISED) before the end of the year as they said.

Another failure by this current leadership team! This latest disaster hilights the need for a massive resignation of the current leadership including the entire BOD with the exception of the newest member! Beyond pathetic!

Skier, I am not familiar with the lawsuit you are referring to. Can ypu elaborate on why a lawsuit would piss off large investment people?

Just speculating but maybe sueing shareholders isn't a great idea especially when consistently trying to raise cash, my guess is that goldn1 and skier were probably named and they had large positions according to them. Otherwise how much money was actually recouped in the last suit vs. how much it cost and if that money was that money coming out of TLTs piggy bank?

my recollection was that the posters in question said some very very toxic things about RDW's wife specfically. I always felt that the lawsuit was personal for that reason.
