Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:-43% down YTDUnfortunately this company pissed off alot of very big influential investors with their 2nd lawsuit. That was a very big mistake. Word spread in Legal and Investment Worlds. Unfortunately that seems to be the result. Very sad ! I never said anything myself, but I heard through channels. As I personally brought in many many investors to TLT, and I certainly would never do anything to hurt the future prospects of Theralase, contrary to certain beliefs. However I don't talk about TLT anymore, to anybody, except my girlfriend that wonders why I'm still a shareholder after over 10 years of negative returns on my INVESTMENT. 

What happened to bencro-SF that promised us a JV with a big Pharma Company?
