Next raise after pre-BTD submission

....in mid to late January. We know they're running on fumes and not many in Canada are opening their wallets anymore.  If they have to bring the cows home for milking (till BTD at least) they need to give them a good reason.  There's NO other news than pre-BTD submission now.  On another topic, Corporate presentation needs an edit on page 14.  One of the tables had missing headers. Hope they fix it quick.

I'd expect them to push out payables to allow room into February but yes no doubt Jan/Feb is fumes city once again.  If they want to generate investor interest in yet another raise they'd better have made major strides and have very positive news wrt BTD submission status. If it's true that 27 participants in the latest PP did so, they surely 100% knew how the money situation would be a few months later. So, either those people are very gullible and naive, or they have no worries and will most likely partake in another pp when it is needed. I can't fathom a scanario. where that large group of people would put in money not knowing how long it would last and

@ oilminer: You could literally say the same about past PPs as well, right? They bought a story they believed in. The 27 fat cats must have heard something they liked to put up that kind of money, the question is how much was disclosed to them without becoming insider info. Whatever the case, they put down a good chunk along with Roger, so most likely we have something coming short term or these fat cats are not too smart

I'm not a finance guy. I thought that with the cash reported on hand before the most recent PP AND the cash from the PP that they had 4-6 m runway? Is that not the case?

I really wish I could see who is bidding as well as the depth. It's funny how we know who the main seller is but when it gets to the bottom there is always an anonymous buyer. Then we see it bid $0.015 higher than the low all of a sudden like whoever is bidding knows the seller is done for now. I'm sure this 'transfer' of shares is perfectly legal it just doesn't look very good

@DJDawg: I'm guessing the bills from the consultants for FDA data submission and the central lab validation activities will drain funds a bit faster than usual over the next few months.  Given the time is takes to do a PP fill now, I don't see them waiting more than end-Jan or first week of February. Best guess, of course.  Maybe they need to tap the US investor base next round.&
