It says 63 of 100 treated and 100 percent enrollment by end of 2024 and done by 2026.What am I missing I thought 100 people where Treated and just waiting on results and approval

Nope. 63 treated. Goal is 100 as that is the most typical goal. They are laying this out in the most conservative fashion possible as RDW was burned in the past for seeming to promise things or build up expectations ahead of time (about a physiotherapy laser). The real hope is that even before the enrollment is 100 that the numbers are good enough to warrant BTD, and even AA. It's about stats

Would BTD help speed up the enrollment? If it were me I would first consider the superior results, the ridiculous low number of treatments compared to the competition and of course the safety profile but for those that need more validation an approval from the FDA wouldn't hurt. As you say they don't really need 100 patients to be considered for BTD and AA but it would complete Phase II
