So even though the market has not opened yet, someone has placed an ask of 200,000 shares at 0.16 even though the previous closing price was 0.17.

That is bizarre as it means that they are knowingly crashing the price down to 0.16 rather than selling to get the most out of the shares they own.

That looks like manipulation, even though I personally hate the way everything in the stock market is blamed on manipulation.

If anyone has some free cash, good for your, looks like you can get some shares on discount this morning.

So clearly some of us noticed the ridiculous ask and just saw a big wave of bids sweep in to get the deal at 0.16. 200k traded in seconds at the open. right now 176,000 bid at 0.16   and ask is 500 at 0.165 Good on those of you that got a nice discount from whomever did that dump of 200k shares.

Was able to get 8K shares at .16. Some folks probably out for tax losses selling. The bet is no important news until a month or more. Best wishes to everyone.

Another Friday and another apparent above average volume attack on that .16 support. As you say what rational seller dumps 200k shares at the open right into the bid.  If it was an odd lot or sub 50k share sale it could be chalked up to an impatient retail weak hand getting out but a 200k dump  into the bid right at the open is suspect to me.  I am relieved to see that buyer

Could this be someone with a much higher price and who has been here for years like the rest of you. And is willing to take the risk knowing TLT moves at a snail's pace selling now and safely buying back in the new year and having a very nice capital loss in their accounts.

Certainly could be. I was merely speculating. Such a big dump into the bid at the open on a Friday has certain optics to it but it could just as well be a weak handed retail investor who's tax loss selling timing seems pretty awful. But hey, if that .16 support doesn't hold then he/she could come out smelling like a rose and buy back in 30 days at .12 or so. Hopefully .16 holds but I'm
