Improving results yet

The sp show's little life or interest from the market.  When do we finally get some respect ?

2026 if you can wait that long.

Come 2026, a lot of people will be saying...   " I wish I would of bought this in early 2024".

Don't k know if anyone else noticed, but this is the first time there has been a mention of 2027 for full approval. Also when mentioning pre-BTD they indicate Q1 as before but they also previously said BTD in Q1 as well. This looks to me like everything is being pushed out again but they have not come right out and said it . To me it looks like it is unlikely we will be getting BTD in Q1

Wow. Funny that you should say that fe. I think that the significance of this release is exactly like you say. I think it is telling us without actually coming out & telling us that pre BTD should be Q1. Actual BTD???  Are we to hope Q2? It's not really clear

Hi fecats,  I'm not sure if I'm correct in saying however in my understanding full approval is given at the end of the patient trial study period which means they are approved to distribute to hospitals for treatment (commercialization). Should Theralase be given AA while the trial study period is ongoing I believe this to mean they can immediately distribute to hospitals for ...more

Apop, Yes , I believe your comments are accurate. My point was that it seems to me that the timeline has been changed for BTD and therefore full approval. Guidance clearly was BTD in Q1 2024 , now not so sure . Have never seen 2027 for full approval, has always been 2026.
Comment by 99942Apophis on Jan 16, 2024 10:44am
Your concern is understood, personally for myself I only care that BTD is accomplished and approved, by no means am I brushing your concern off as it could very well happen.  We more or less are all at the ability of the hired consultants hired for this task as stated in the news release, dependent on various individuals and groups generally makes it difficult to form an accurate timeline ...more

I've never really minded how they project the timeline for full FDA approval as that is the only way that the can do it and be honest. They would get in trouble to predict anything faster or to predict accellerated approval. I think they would be a very good candidate for AA. By way of example, it seems like most drugs take 2-3 years from AA to get final approval. But the great thing about AA ...more

Dawg, Agreed , full approval is very hard to predict a timeline . Even AA is as well . My concern is the change in the narrative on timing for BTD . I get it , things are not always under our control but I guess my patience for setbacks on timing is wearing very thin.

fecats,  in all the timelines given for pre-btd and BTD the word expect was given so  for first quarter can still happen but because expect was used they might require another month. Its no big deal.
Comment by StevenBirch on Jan 17, 2024 7:54am
That was may take.

When we receive something solid like a BTD from the FDA.
